Participation
Registration
Participation in the congress is possible in the Presence+ format and includes 13 lecture halls and 2 streams. The broadcast (without CME) will be available live for 4 days and on demand for 1 year. Ticket purchases are password-protected via ‘My Area’, where personal invoices and certificates are also stored.
Congress
Registration is available online only and is now open – access is not possible without a valid eTicket. Members need their membership number, reduced professional groups need a confirmation.
Courses, seminars
Registration takes place via the respective academy, congress registration is also required. No access will be granted without a valid eTicket.
Events
Daily tours and evening events round off the congress experience. If necessary, registration takes place is part of the online registration process.
Kids
During the congress, professional childcare including meals (10 EUR/day) will be provided for children aged 0-12 years.
Fees
The congress ticket comprises all 4 days including certification, the day ticket includes all services on the selected day. Members1 and other groups² receive reduced congress fees.
Please note: The early booking rate is valid up to and including 30 September 2026, from 1 October 2026 the late booking rate applies. The on-site rate will apply from 20 October 2026.

Membership
For members (DGOU, DGOOC, DGU, BVOU) reduced congress fees apply – further benefits can be found on the respective website.
Please note: To avoid processing fees, please do not register for the conference until your membership has been confirmed.

Terms
Cancellation of participation is generally excluded. An optional cancellation fee of EUR 50 can be booked as part of the online registration process. This allows cancellation up to and including 19.10.2026. The difference will be refunded less the cancellation option. Further terms and conditions can be found as follows.
